Any changes to the exterior of the home must be submitted to the Board for approval. If you are planning on making any changes you must complete an Architectural Request Form and have it approved before starting any work. Please use the link below to download the form.

The Board will make every effort to quickly review the submission and will indicate any contingencies associated with final approval.
